Recently Melvin's team did work in my hosue and I was quite satified with their speed and perfection with work. For the work I has estmated it would have taken around 20-25 days but they completed this on 14th days

Melvin's crew did great work. Our main floor needed sanding and staining + some repairs and we also had laminate removed and replaced in one small room. They did a great job on all of it and worked long hours to get it finished in time for us to move in. The floors look great; we would definitely recommend them!

Melvin, Mario and their team did an outstanding job at our house. They removed about 900 SF of carpet and tiles and installed solid oak hard wood floor, including in a staircase, and new baseboards. They stained the new floor to match existing as we wanted and we cannot tell the difference between the old and the new parts. They provided great advice throughout and were extremely careful with the house. We would go home to a very clean house every night (the work took a bit less than 2 weeks). Their attention to details and excellent craftsmanship are obvious. We are no expert but we also believe that the price was right and the completed work is definitely worth it. We will be looking happily and gratefully at our new floor for a long time for sure! Thanks Melvin's team!!

I found Melvin through a contractor friend of mine who highly recommended him. Melvin came out immediately to look at my project and I had an email quote the next day. It was inline with other bids that I already recieved. I picked Melvin because of how quickly he responded , is attention to detail and there was a true friendlyness to his character. We planned the start date and too my surprise Ruby his scheduler called and said he could start a day earlier . By the way Ruby texted and called me numerous times to keep me updated and she is an asset to his business. Melvin was at the job ,finished the job when he said he would be. They cleaned up after their work each day and gave me updates. The floor looks great and I would highly recommended Melvin’s Floors.

Very professionally done both with the work involved and communication involving estimate and description of the job to be done. Melvins Hardwood floor is the first company to take the time and finish the job the right way and never did I feel they rushed to finish. After using several companies for my rental property I am happy that I no longer have to look for anyone else to do my floors.
